Our Canine Good Citizen class helps you and your dog take the next step toward becoming a well-mannered member of the community. Using only positive reinforcement methods, we focus on the ten core CGC skills outlined by the American Kennel Club-including polite greetings, loose leash walking, reliable stays, calm behavior around distractions, and confidence with handling.

Whether you’re preparing for the official CGC evaluation or simply want to strengthen your dog’s manners, this class builds real-world reliability, teamwork, and trust. Graduates leave ready to take the test or simply to shine as respectful, confident canine companions wherever they go.
